PEAK 22 Dec - 18 Jan  2009 & 9 Apr - 12 Apr 09 (Min booking applies)  Tariffs on request

 DEPOSITS:

A non-refundable security deposit of $50.00 for sites and $150.00 for accommodation is required to secure each booking.  For peak periods listed below a booking deposit, 50% of total tariff, is due at least 90 days before booking arrival date or on making the booking, whichever is the earlier.   Please carefully check arrival and departure dates, as bookings are not transferable to another person or to another time. Tariffs are not refundable if your stay is cut short.  

Should it be necessary for you to cancel a booking we will refund a portion of your deposit, less a cancellation fee of $30.00, as per the following table. 

 For cancellations with less than 30 days notice, if a full substitute booking can be obtained by the park, we will refund the booking deposit not including the security deposit, less a cancellation fee of $30.00 after the expiration of the substitute departure date. 

Full payment of the remainder of tariffs are due on arrival, payment of this may be by cash, bank cheque, debit card or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).  Except advance deposit payments, personal cheques are not accepted.  Where a deposit has been paid, accommodation will be held until 10am on the day after your booking start, unless we are notified and agree to hold it longer.  

CHECKING IN AND OUT:

Accommodation: Check in after 2pm; Depart before 10am on morning of departure.

Powered Site and Campsites: Check in after Midday; Depart before10am on morning of departure.

By arrangement, and depending on availability, earlier occupation or  later departure of your site or accommodation may be available on payment of the following fees.  This service is not available for peak periods. 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

A key deposit of $20.00 per key will be charged on arrival.

Regatta Point Holiday Park reserves the right to inspect any accommodation on guest departure. Fees will apply for damage or extra cleaning.  All accommodation, except vans, have bathrooms, and are equipped with blankets or doonas and pillows.  Linen is provided on the double bed only in all self contained accommodation.  Additional linen or towels are available for hire if requested prior to arrival.  High chair is available free of charge if requested prior to arrival. 

All buildings at Regatta Point, including inside accommodation and amenities, are smoke free. Quiet time, for the comfort of all, is 10pm to 7am.  During this time all noise must be confined to your site or accommodation. 

Dogs are welcome on designated camping or powered sites by prior arrangement.  Fees apply.
